We had a lovely stay at the hotel, with our two young children. the room was beautifully renovated and stylish, providing a comfortable and spacious space for our family. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the hotel's spa zone was a big hit with us, offering mineral water pools and relaxing saunas and steam rooms. the kids especially enjoyed splashing around in the pools. the hotel staff provided a friendly and helpful service throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and taken care of. it was a great experience for our family.

My experience was not entirely positive. I was disappointed when I was charged for a tea bag that I used in my room and when I was assigned a premium room without my consent, and it was not practical for unpacking.
